We had an awesome stay with friends! The location was perfect for our trips to TD Garden and Fenway Park. The rooms were spacious and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Just a heads up, parking spots can be a bit limited, so plan accordingly!

Unfortunately, we had some noise issues from the room next door, but it wasn't too bothersome after a long day.

One downside was that noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, especially late at night. It made it hard to get a good night’s sleep on some occasions. Additionally, the bathroom sink wasn't draining well, and despite asking for it to be unclogged, no one got around to it during my stay. Overall, I’d definitely come back just to enjoy the breakfast and pool again, but I hope the noise and plumbing issues are addressed for future guests.

the queen room with two queen beds was super spacious and had all the comfy amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. the breakfast had a great variety, including hot meals. loved the warm indoor swimming pool perfect for relaxing after a busy day. location was perfect for visiting nearby places.

stayed at best western plus for a night and it was great! the room was super clean and had all the amenities, like a fridge and microwave. the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the indoor pool was warm and inviting. perfect location for visiting salem and boston!
